If you have used Facebook Login or connected your account via Meta, you can request complete deletion of your data from our systems.

Your name and email from Facebook Login
WhatsApp Business account connection details
AI agent conversation logs
Account and billing information

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@proagentive.com

Use subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Include your registered email or Facebook ID

We may verify ownership, clarify the scope of your request and communicate its outcome or any retention requirements.

What happens after deletion

Data covered by a verified deletion request will be removed, subject to applicable retention requirements
Your AI agents and conversation history will be removed
Your account will be deactivated
Deletion is irreversible — data cannot be recovered

Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes; backup copies may remain until their retention cycle ends.
